Men of Bentwater (MOB)

For more than 20 years, the MOB has been promoting social fellowship for men of the Bentwater community.

The organization sponsors 10 meetings a year (we do not meet in July & August) with several programs including presentations by speakers on various topics of interest. 

Most of our meetings are luncheon meetings held the third Wednesday of the month at the Yacht Club.  We also occasionally hold evening dinner meetings based on the availability of a particularly interesting speaker. Past speakers have included national and local political leaders, business and industry executives, a Medal of Honor recipient, a former astronaut, and many others.

Our annual Oktoberfest event in the Meadows Park has become a fixture on the Bentwater social calendar.  Who doesn’t like free beer and brats?  We sponsor two golf events each year, usually one at Bentwater and one away.  We normally close out the year with a very special Christmas meal with our wives or significant other which has featured the Bentwater Amen Chorus and other entertainers.

The Men of Bentwater is for residents of Bentwater.  Spouses/significant others are always welcome at our lunches and dinner and guests of a member are welcome to most events. Join us!
